Almost every key operational parameter in the Z4R0 system is tunable by the DAO. This includes:

• Default execution frequency

• Prioritization of certain chains or modules

• System-wide gas or slippage thresholds

• Routing logic for protocol-level fees and rewards

This level of control turns governance into something more powerful than “branding.” It means $ZRX holders aren’t just voting on marketing slogans or logo changes — they’re tuning the system’s actual performance envelope.

More importantly, proposals don’t need to rewrite the whole protocol. Thanks to Z4R0’s modularity, the DAO can approve new modules, adjust strategy weights, or change fallback behaviors — without breaking the system’s core logic.
